ZyCoat, LLC breakthrough high temperature, heat dissipation coating technology was developed over 6 ½ years. ZyBar is a single component spray applied coating rated to over 2100 degrees ambient temperature and 1600 degrees F substrate surface temperature. ZyBar is applied to headers, turbos, manifolds, exhaust, intercoolers, heat exchangers and more.
ZyCoat developed ZyClear in 2023 to provide high temperature and high gloss clear coat for gloss finish as a topcoat on ZyBar. ZyClear can also be applied to all wheels surfaces including, aluminum, billet, powder coat, stainless steel, polished, anodized and more. ZyClear is a D-I-Y wipe on or spray on coating with a 90 minute air cure. ZyCoat has print and video application instructions.
