This Sydney Hot Rod and Custom Auto Expo multi-award-winning 1932 Ford Five-window Coupe was completely built in-house at Cruisin Automotive.
At the 2023 Hot Rod and Custom Auto Expo, the largest show of its kind in NSW, it won:
- Hot Rod Coupe – Second Place.
- Hot Rod Interior – Second Place.
The steel body is from United Pacific and the chassis was built in-house by Cruisin Automotive. The motor is a dart block bored and stoked to 383 cubic inch, with Air Flow Research cylinder heads. Scat crank, Comp roller cam. COMP Cams
The gearbox is a TREMEC TKO 600 5 SPEED gearbox with a McLeod Racing clutch and a Currie Enterprises 9-inch differential assembly.
Kugel Komponents supplied the independent front suspension, rack and pinion, sway bar and coil overs.

The stunning bodywork and painting was done by Ross in our paint booth.
The interior caught the eyes of the judges and for this we thank Kenwick-based Trimcare, who supplied the Italian distressed leather.
The glistening grille insert was from Dan Fink Grilles, wheels from American Racing Wheels, brakes Wilwood disc, with Cruisin automotives Electric Brake Systems and the coupe is kept cool by a trunk mounted Vintage Air system comprising: electric compressor, custom louvers and outlets in the roof headlining.
Classic Instruments gauges, Ididit collapsible tilt steering column and electrics from American Autowire. The exhaust was custom-made by Cruisin Automotive.
