Specially designed for the 302 engine, this individual runner system harkens back to the old mechanical fuel injection of early drag racing lore. Our unique Borla 50mm throttle bodies on a cast aluminum common plenum manifold provides integrated MAP sensor, idle air control and PCV accommodation. Elegantly designed fuel rails have an integrated fuel pressure regulator and discreetly hidden electronic injectors. Our reputable precision calibrated linkage components combined with modern electronics, such as throttle position sensor and EV14 fuel injectors, lend the system to ease of tuning and drivability. These throttles have options for different length airhorns ranging from 35 to 100mm that will accommodate challenging under hood clearances. Special linkage which provides for TV cable attachment is available and should be requested when the throttle system is ordered. This is needed if an automatic transmission such as AOD will be used.
We can accommodate a variety of special requests and finishes to make each order unique. Individual components can be coated with standard or custom colors of paint, powder coat or Cerakote. Polishing and anodizing are also available for further customizing. All systems are produced and assembled to order by skilled technicians in our Johnson City, TN facility. Quality materials such as A356 castings made in the USA and 6061T6 billet aluminum are machined to exacting specifications to ensure the best product available.
