Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures high-performance disc brake systems.
Since 1977, they’ve developed a substantial matrix of brake components and engineering techniques that allows them to quickly and reliably create brake systems for almost any application.
Their engineering department uses the latest computer aided design and manufacturing techniques in conjunction with finite element analysis, dynamic test and cycle test equipment, to find high-performance and reliability solutions to the most difficult braking tasks.
While attending SEMA in 2019 we were invited to attend the Wilwood Disc Brakes factories in Camarillo, California. We thank Chris Tibbet the Warehouse Accounts Manager and Mike Scully the Customer Service Supervisor for taking the time to show us around.
